Some would find it hard to believe but i do think there’s just a hint of spring in the air, I can almost hear the comments about Cheshire Men from here! 

As our attentions start turning towards spring cultivations, planting and fertiliser spreading (something i believe you Lancs boys call till-sowing - I am learning your lingo slowly and even occasionally greet people with a proper “Now then” as tought by the legend that is Mr K Bretherton our Group Customer Support Rep). It was a recent trip to Angelsey in North Wales that really brought home to me the advantages that John Deere Agricultural Management Solutions can bring to a business in terms of increased workrates, extra productivity and ensuring that every seed and drop of fuel are used effectively. Every pass was then perfectly matched to the last with not a turn of the wheel wasted, programming a headland boundary of the required width also ensured that the operator received an audible warning as the headland was reached so he was woken up and no ground was worked unnecessarily.
